Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of SaRA Health, Inc.'s ("SaRA Health") websites and, together with any agreement between SaRA Health and your organization, our services. By using the sites or services you accept these terms. Clinics' use of the services is additionally governed by their services agreement and business associate agreement with SaRA Health, which control if they conflict with these terms.
The services
SaRA Health provides software that helps physical and occupational therapy clinics support patients between visits, including remote therapeutic monitoring, secure messaging, and related documentation and billing support tools. SaRA Health is a technology provider: we do not practice medicine, and nothing in the services is medical advice. Your care team remains responsible for your care -- for anything urgent, contact your provider or emergency services.
SMS terms (text-messaging program)
SaRA Health patient messaging delivers care-related texts -- such as exercise check-ins, messages from your care team, and secure links to view or record media -- to patients whose providers enroll them.
- Consent: your provider asks during onboarding whether you want care texts and collects your mobile number when you agree. Your first text names your provider and clinic and carries the program notice and STOP instructions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care.
- Frequency: recurring; message frequency varies with your plan of care.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- Opt out / help: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time (a final confirmation message will be sent), START to resubscribe, and HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the sites or services -- including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping at scale, or using the services to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The sites and services, including their software, design, and content, are owned by SaRA Health or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The websites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, SaRA Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the websites. Liability relating to the services themselves is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
